Papa4d Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to papa4d. This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the papa4d platform (website, mobile app and all related services). By accessing, registering for or using any part of the papa4d platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and papa4d as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use papa4d's services.

Papa4D reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these terms at any time with reasonable notice to members. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest terms in effect.

2. Registration Eligibility

To register and use papa4d's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration
• Be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement
• Not a resident or national of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities
• Have never been written off or banned from using the papa4d platform previously
• Registering for personal use and not in a professional capacity or on behalf of any business entity

Papa4D reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other official identification. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. User Accounts

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at papa4d at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. papa4d uses advanced detection technology to identify and link accounts belonging to the same individual based on IP address, device information, phone number, financial details and other factors.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your papa4d account password confidential
• Ensuring no one else has access to or uses your account
• Notify papa4d immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
• Ensuring all information in your account is accurate and up to date at all times
• All activity that takes place within your account, whether with or without your knowledge

Papa4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own failure to keep your password secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Papa4D does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawals will also be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method that has been verified by the papa4d team.

Papa4D reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security review or compliance purposes. In such cases, we will notify you within 24 hours and provide an estimated timeframe for the withdrawal to be approved.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Papa4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each promotion's details. The general terms applicable to all papa4d bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be used for in-game wagering and cannot be withdrawn directly as cash
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn
• Typical wagering requirements range from 25x to 40x the bonus value, depending on the type of promotion
• Each member is entitled to one Welcome Bonus only — it cannot be claimed more than once, even using a different payment method
• Papa4D reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including hedging bets or using multiple accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account termination

6. Casino Game Rules

All casino games offered at papa4d — including slots, Live Casino, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, dragon tiger, and other games — operate according to their respective standard game rules. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure confirmed by the papa4d system dashboard.

Papa4d works with internationally licensed game providers, all of which are independently audited to ensure fairness and transparency. The Random Number Generator (RNG) used in our games has been certified by independent testing bodies.

In the event of a technical failure during gameplay:

• If a failure occurs before the outcome is determined, the round will be voided and the bet refunded
• If a failure occurs after the outcome has been determined, the valid result will be recognised and payouts made accordingly
• Any winnings generated from a technical error known to the player are void

7. Sports Betting and Match Odds

Papa4d's Sports Betting section offers match odds across a wide range of sports, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other international leagues), badminton, cricket, e-sports, and more. Sports bets are subject to the following additional rules:

• The odds displayed are the live odds at the time your bet is confirmed — not the odds shown when you first made your selection
• Papa4d reserves the right to suspend or void markets under exceptional circumstances such as unforeseen incidents, match disruptions or the provision of false information
• The minimum winnings for eligible Sports Betting payouts is RM10
• Parlay bets containing cancelled matches will be recalculated based on the remaining valid matches
• Live betting uses real-time odds — papa4d reserves the right to suspend live betting for a match if unusual circumstances arise

Any attempt to exploit latency or odds discrepancies between different providers (arbitrage betting) is prohibited and may result in account suspension and a detailed review of all prior bets.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following is a list of conduct that is strictly prohibited on the papa4d platform. Violation of any of the items below may result in immediate account termination:

• Registering multiple accounts under your own name or someone else's
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play or place bets
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or exploit vulnerabilities within the papa4d platform
• Exploiting or abusing promotions in a manner not intended
• Using illegally obtained funds (money laundering)
• Providing false information to papa4d at any time
• Making false accusations or spreading misleading information about papa4d
• Threatening or harassing papa4d customer service staff

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Papa4D takes the privacy and security of members' personal data seriously. Information you provide during registration and platform use is processed in accordance with papa4d's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

By using the papa4d platform, you agree that we may:

• Collecting and storing information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address and financial details
• Using usage data to improve our services and user experience
• Sending account-related communications, promotions and service updates — you may unsubscribe at any time
• Sharing necessary information with payment providers to process transactions

10. Responsible Gaming

• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a specified period

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Papa4D reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age
• Multiple account ownership verification
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Requests from relevant authorities
• Unlawful conduct or conduct that compromises the security of the platform or other users

In the event of termination due to a breach, papa4d reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account without compensation. In the event of suspension pending review, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded.

You also have the right to close your papa4d account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance in the account (after deducting any bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Papa4D reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except in situations requiring immediate action for security or legal compliance reasons.

The latest version of these terms and conditions is always available on this page and marked with the most recent update date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the papa4d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms.

If you disagree with any amendments to these terms, you may choose to close your papa4d account before the effective date of the changes without penalty, and your account balance (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you.
